basically what you have to do
Blitzcrank is useless early, without his first item he cant do anything. So most of the time you just sit under tower, killing minions and try to grab enemy.
Also if enemy team picked poke champion, then dont pick blizcrank, but if its too late then just play ap or tank build.
OH AND ALSO. Your R passive can stack, so it can work as pseudo ignite, so if u struggle to finish some champion, build shadowflame.
