Bad Masteries IMO, and bad Runes, hardly maximizing blitz with them...
Kind of unfair to vote down a champion guide when you've also got a guide on that very same champion, isn't it? Some people might think you only did it to lower its rating and get your guide seen more. Especially when one of the reasons you stated for rating it down was the Masteries, yet the Masteries your build uses aren't that different from these...
