if u try to farm go for a healpot early + stack 4 times ur E and never let the buff vanish it should but only refresh it when it nearly vanishes then just q for hardcore harass + heal !

lowbobs at towers with low hp , just ghost , ignite , e , q , pool "towerreset and much dmg and hes dead like 40%...farm urself stack meias , epic win

5,85% cdr + 1 mark 0,16% cdr flat (6,01%) so u can kick *** and can fill the cdr cap of 40% with ur 2 cdr items 25% items + 9% masteries + 6,01% = 40,01% = cap ;)

magic pen for a bit moar abilitydmg

and seals with hp reg for kickass reg so u can spam ur abilties moar!

standart build for cdr

first buy dorans shield for farming and early play , then buy boots then cdr boots , then ap stacker "MEIAS" or spirit visage , it depends, anyways these 3 items are core , later buy rylais before or after force of nature, it depends,

then sum spellvamp **** spellvamp revolver > hextech gunblade later WHY? because it got more ap and it even gives u for ur autohits lifesteal , if u got a ****load of money later its better than the revovler or the aurabook ****!

but instead of that u could also go for this 30% ap hat or just warmorgs for hpreg/hp stack!

I ALWAYS play for dps + a bit tanky so i go

--> dorans shield > cdr boots > ap stacker > spirit visage > hextech revolver > rylais scepter > force of nature > hextech gunblade > all the pots

and get all buffs and win ;)
