It seems to me that if you are planning on getting Randuin's Omen anyway, then you may as well get a Heart of Gold early on for the extra income. I find that when I jungle Jarvan I never get quite enough gold without it.

Also, consider adding in some notes about situational items, for those who don't know Jarvan very well.

You seem to know your basic coding which is great for your first guide. When I did mine I didnt have any coding. Needless to say it got taken down within the hour. But, you could be a little more creative with your guide. Go to other guides and see how they have them set up. You want to make your guide fun to read with pictures maybe a video involved. Otherwise, pretty decent first guide. +1 for effort(:
