If you focus on Magic penetration you lose, in my eyes, a lot of AP which is needed if you AP burster with him. Burster are only viable the first 25 minutes of a game, late game there useless because enemies get too much health or a banshee's.
Yet again, this guide is not meant to be pure AP!
This is where you're wrong. Magic Penetration makes AP viable past 25 minutes.
