I saw the first few parts of the Item's to buy and that is when I stopped reading it. NEVER go into a deathcap first. A.) Against goo players you wont be able to pull it off. B.) Its far to costly for early game.

I get where you are going, but I would not suggest this build for any PVP. Maybe for fun bot games with friends.

As for the build: I do not agree with such a late Tear. Better you'd get it earlier to get stacks on it to maintain reasonable power throughout the game.
Secondly, you're a glass cannon with this build, something I don't usually like.
Third, your level-ups are strange, Y U no max something at Lv.9?
Last: why waste one point in 1% SpellVamp when you can get an awesome Executioner mastery.
