I'm just going to review this, assuming you want to make your guide better.

You state that doran's blade is a "safe" start. I think its more aggressive, if you can't auto minions, lets say vs a Renekton, you won't get near as much hp back. Yes, Dblade helps with its health value, but I actually think LS is the safest possible option for Riven due to how many pots you can get with it.

For your "5x hp pot" spot, I would actually take that out and include it elsewhere.

As for boots, I would state when each of those boots are a good choice. You say "based on enemy team" but don't tell which type of comps they're best at.

I think an item such as banshies, thorn, could also be situational. I see Deathfire touch as extremely limited and I'm not exactly sure how the second part of your cunning tree works out. I sure as hell would love if it worked that way though.... Also, dangerous game is better than pick pocket, or at least that's my opinion. If you intend on getting a 3rd stage of the cunning tree, which you would have to, and you can have no more than one point in the second stage, Merciless would be your best bet.

I would put a link to a youtube channel or something for SK T1 Faker and Boxbox, just my opinion there.

As for the runes, you need to link it as an image by using this coding
or where x is the image you want to use. You also need to make sure that you have just the image, most times this includes ".png" on the end. Just click on a pic and open in new tab

Some of the numbers on your mastery section are wrong. unless you want two points in mana regen. a few more are wrong in your cheat sheet.

For your ability section, I would use this coding and have the words next to the image.

[icon=Runic blade size=40 float=left] (type whatever you want) I thnk this would help aesthetically. Also, you may want to change the numbers to a different color. here's a hell of a lot more wall jumps than that, good video to detail it though. Same one I use xD.
