Really, I tottally understand the choice of Golem and building tanky, but why in the world would you prefer Attack Speed over Magic Pen + AP on runes?

AS runes are the best jungle runes, with the only exception being fiddlesticks. As for the AP and MPen runes, jungle creeps have no magic resist so the Mpen is pointless and, again, flat AP is worse than attack speed for junglers.

Good overall build

Making your own masteries up is pretty easy. Usually i go 0/21/9 and for most tanks a good damage item but a high risk only do it if your team is doing well and you're far ahead. Having a tri-force works well on champs like sejuani i've tried it once on nunu my damage was multiplied.

Can you add the masteries, that would be awesome thanks.

What do you mean that Quill improves your dueling 1v1 against enemy junglers? It only adds 20 Armor, the passive does NOT work on players only monsters. May want to double check that before you send out the army against a Kha'Zix hoping your quill will save you, when it doesn't do much early.
