Gothit, how do I have horrible grammar, I put song in summary because it relates to Teemo obviously and I like it, and my build does make sense? GTFO this website troll. And I said it's best skill meaning it does most damage, but I said I level Toxic Shot because it deals more on hit and has damage over time and has no CD/is passive. So think before you troll. And where's the example of the summary? And P.S., note out my horrible grammar, because I don't have horrible grammar. UMADBRO? Troll, gtfo. And I do strengthen Blinding Dart with AP, do you not see my items, spedtard?

You yourself state that blinding dart is the best ability, but you level it second last, and don't try to strengthen it any with AP. You never explain why this build is optimal.
Finally, a summary is not a song, you raging dumbass. A summary is a well written paragraph that puts your point across, and says everything else you are trying to say.
Heres an example of a summary:
I am down voting you because of these reasons:
A. You have horrible grammar.
B. Edit, and revise more often.
C. Learn to summarize.
D. No compelling reason for any user to try it...build makes no logical sense
