For runes , i use some damage and armor runes

Greater Mark of Attack Damage X9
Greater Seal of Armor X9
Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist X9
Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage X3

damage is because is a very op champion and with more damage he can do easy kill at beginning.

I use 21/9/0 because need more strength and need to be a little tanky.

I will not show you the items I use but i'll speak about why i buy it.
First , i buy bloodthirster to get more damage and lifesteal (lifestealis very good with , second i buy phantom dancer to get more attack speed and more critical chances and infinity edge to get more damage and more criticals chances again. finally , i use the warmog's armor to get more life and its a very good combo with Atma's impaler.

For first spell , I use to escape enemy or to get enemy but your is good too.

For second spell , i use only to get kill <3

Pros
- Can easily jump to enemy with
- Is tanky so get rarely focused
- you can easily evade from enemy with your
- Your and your can see invisible champion
- Good damage all game
- is very good in team fight because it intterupt everybody.

Cons
- You need good positioning to play him well. (for his ult, cripple, etc etc.)
- A bit squishy before your warmogs
- you can miss easy kill if you miss your

Finally , if you follow this build , you will learn that is one of the best carry in this game :)
