build wasnt as effective as discribed

I understand the fact that Noxious blast in theory does more damage, but its damage over time. Twin fang is a fast cast spell that does less damage but your able to spam it about 3 to 6 times before your able to cast noxious blast again, when that happens, you should etheir be killing your enemy upon your next cast of noxious blast or twin fang OR he/she'll be running away. The way I use cass noxious blast is as an harassement spell, leveling it up whenever i cant level twin fang or petrifying gaze. in this build, your killer spell is twin fang since its fast INSTANT damage, when you decide to stay in a battle after using noxious blast on a champ, you need to strike fast and hard Your too squishy to stay long in champ fights for long. twin fang, maxed out does 200 dmg, then take into account it now takes about 55-65% of your ap as bonus dmg. it piles up pretty fast. ( especially when you have bout 900 ap, took down a rammus in less then 5 seconds with that. thankfully his attention wasnt on me though. )

Noxious blast in this build is a harassement spell that's ''weak'' but still taunts your enemy into comming back to the fight since they loose health slowly early game , In this build, its a hit and run spell because of its power and its cooldown is too long for it to pause a real threat.

When I go for the kill I attack pretty much in this order noxious blast and if it occurs miasma then mass twin fang until i can cast noxious blast again and if they run miasma / noxious blast for slow or pursuit.

Hey, can you explain me why you max Twin Fang first?
I mean, Noxius Blast does way more damage!
