Great build it has helped me a lot. I have gotten quite a bit better from using it.

I agree with Dala.

You should replace tri-force with a Wit's End it will give you more over all damage, plus defensive magic resistance for a fraction of the price.

I also enjoy Rod of Ages early on. The catalyst on Cho makes him super resilient in the lane when combined with his passive.

Your glacial shroud early on is right on though.

It's hard to take a Cho'Gath build with a Tri-Force and no Force of Nature seriously. He doesn't spam abilities enough to make use of the Tri force, and the Eila's Miracle is kind of a good idea, but should either be earlier in the build or replaced. Also, Rod of Ages is a great item to consider for both offense and defense and has a great synergy with Atma's Impaler.
