ok i guess its ur build and u can do what u wanna do, thats fine by me
but why 2 points in wealth?
in my opinion that mastery is just a lure to make u waste points.
it only gives u 40 gold for 2 mastery points.
so that is 1 potion at start and then nothing for the rest of the game
u could even kill 1 minion ur ad carry would miss (theres always that 1 creep he will miss)
so id rather spent that in intelligence or swiftness.

It's an understandable concern. I feel it is important because you want to stay in lane as long as possible, and that 1 mana potion allows you to do this against comps that are agressive.
I see it more as two points that give me 100 mana regen when I need it early game. In essence, stacking with Meditation.
