Glad to see someone do a fresh guide on Taric. After getting stuck playing support so many times when I started pvp, it has become my main role. Taric is my main support champ due to his various abilities and uses. I used to play Thresh as my support main, but with his being banned most of the time, I started using Taric. I wouldn't go back to Thresh now.

Okay, here's my question: Why do you wait so late in your build to purchase Sightstone? It looks like your building Frozen Heart and Spirit Visage before you purchase the Sightstone. Am I misreading the guide? In my experience, lane phase would be practically over by the time it comes up in your rotation. Not knocking your guide (I am going to try your build next game).

I will check back ASAP for your response as I may be missing the point somewhere.

I'll look into the quint choices, although i feel as though the extra AP makes his heal worth the mana costs early game?

Gold quints are no longer optional and needed after the new gold items and assist sprees where introduced. Because no longer has problems with getting their items Greater Quintessence of Health or Greater Quintessence of Armor is a better option. I disagree with ap glyphs being any good on Taric support.

You should really look at the BBCode guide (in the right top of the guide editing screen) as your guide is quite hard and boring to read as it is now.
