Runes:
Why not Bloodline for the increased Healing. You get full healing from Domination runes and Conqueror and Swain has added heal to his passive and ultimate so why not get the lifesteal rune?
Why not Last Stand rune? Conqueror is not a burst rune path and Swain is a champion that likes extended fights as well. So why not get last stand and make sure that the fights will get longer since that benefits you?
Items:
Why Rylai's before Rod of Ages? Rylai's gives no mana and Swain is very mana hungry. Why not build rod of ages first since the item scales and since it also gives mana as well?
Why Liandry's in a busrt build? Liandry's is an item made to do more damage the more the fight keeps going and so does Swain and so does Conqueror. So why give a Burst build in the first place and also why suggest Liandry's as a burst item?
These are my objections, I am a fan of the idea though.
