Depends on your Support and if you can make the most out of the Wriggle's.
T2 boots depends on what you need. Wasn't sure where to put them because sometimes I get them right away, sometimes I get my PD before. It's up to how the game is playing out.
Depends on who your support is. Boots 3 can be better if you don't have a healing support. And with Doran's, you may die because you don't have the boots.
Once again, think it depends on gold/who you are against/and so on.
