I feel the damage done helps out a little better because it will allow your Q to deal more damage and give you more health back, along with the fact that most bruisers have insane early game damage and then drop off late game. Thanks for the feedback!

Enjoyed reading it, and the item build is almost the same as the one I usually use, I only have one question, why do you start with Doran's blade and not Doran's shield instead?
