Unfortunately Nautilus is one of those jungles where you have to be good at estimating your strength and team position when initiating. Once he initiates he is in the fight, and it can be hard for him if he needs to retreat right after. Shurelya's Battlesong helps a lot if you really need an escape and Flash is down. Try to land your passive Staggering Blow if it is just one person chasing you, then immediately after escape with Dredge Line to terrain while they are stunned, or if there are multiple enemies your best chance is AOE slow with Riptide.

Alright, there are a couple decisions you need to make, or at least consider: (A) If you are starting with cloth armor it doesn't mean you have to build it in to a madred's razor, it is much better to build it into a ninja tabi. (B) Now I recommend building a Philosopher Stone, and Heart of Gold replacing the madreds razor. They are gold per 5 items and they give you enough sustain to keep you alive in the jungle. (C) Do not build phantom dancer, Nautilus gets much more from AP items, not attack speed. (D) Go to the top of the page click on the tab that says Guides & Strategy, and then go to Getting Started Guide. Once you get there, it will teach you proper BB Coding and Formatting, for your guide. Hope I helped, and have a great day!

(A/B/C) I didn't say you have to start cloth to turn into Razor, I said that is what I do and I find fastest to clear jungle. I also said if you need you can get damage reduction like Merc or Tabi then work into Philo Stone and Heart of Gold if this isn't an issue. In addition I wrote that phantom dancer is a nice troll build, and that it is not a gold efficient item. I feel like you didn't really read the guide before writing a whole paragraph on it because I addressed everything you pointed out already, but I appreciate you taking the time to give feedback regardless.

(D) Thank you I will take a look at it but I don't really think investing more time in aesthetics will make the strategy any more effective. Maybe when I have more spare time I'll make it look pretty.

Because I use the cloth armor to build into Madred's Razor.

Good Naut build, the guide is a little plain though. And I have never jungled Naut before, but I do know that most jungle-tanks start with Regrowth Pendant. Why not you?
