Fiddlesticks is a character that requires timming and patcients, you dont want to rush with him he is squishy,but powerfull if u know how to work him. The thing is with him is that his Ultimate is used to gank people so dont use it in the open where they can see u, the first thing with him when u reach level six u need to have strategy on the timing of his ultimate hide in the jungle or in the bushes and place where there running to or trying to escape that is the most effective. For the runes go with Magic pen. and manna regain or if u want armour I sugest you wait till level 20 to buy runes and save ur IP up cause tier 3 runes are exspensive but effective.

Go with 9 offensive 0 defence and 21 utility most Ap champions will be like that

For Fiddle go with Doran's Ring, Boots of Speed, Fiendish Codex, Sorccer's Shoe's, Abyssal Scepter or Void Staff, Rabodon's Deathcap,and Morello's Evil Tome this build will work and fail sometimes but mostly work just want to be honest on that note

Go with E,W,Q,E,W,R the best combonation
