The entire point of the build was to make a HYBRID and not be straight caster and straight magic damage. Taking 25 armor pen makes your autoattack damage hurt more, and when you have a 2.0 attack speed you can't just completely NEGLECT that you're doing physical damage -_- 20 magic pen +15% is plenty, especially when you'd only be getting a max of 14 more magic pen from the runes. No need to downrate me because you believe in playing for straight magic damage.
Also with the blood thirster your auto attacks are going to hit like a truck prior to the M. pen. The Sorcerer's Shoes give plenty of magic penetration already. This plan is very well devised, no flaw in it from what i've noticed.
kinda iffy on taking armor pen over magic pen. Magic pen helps all of teemos offensive abilities.

I really like this build, i looked at it at first glance and thought u were brain dead. but it actually is really effective. you;ve completely changed my view on teemo
