Spells:
Flash
Exhaust
Ability Order
Death Defied (PASSIVE)
Karthus Passive Ability
Items
Will of The ancients (more survivability)
Zhonya's Hourglass (more survivability +2 sec invincibility)(use with defile)
Void Staff (if enemy got a lot of magic resist about 200)
Lich Bane (if you are doing fine, you don't die fast in team battles, and it's good on 1x1 battle + with this you can solo baron)
Guardian Angel (it's good if your team is winning in team battles)[/list]
