Jungle Karthus isn't bad, but it's simply a waste - he's so great at farming at mid lane.
Let jungle your allied champion who isn't THAT GOOD at getting gold and xp at lanes.
You don't have to be in the jungle to press R.

I appreciate the feedback, guys thanks :) This is my second guide, and I will be posting a video within the week once I can figure out freaking Fraps.. Considering changing build to have amplifying tome and 1 pot because that works as well.. I will be posting the video soon.

Seems pretty nice, but please add a video to show that this functions.

I'm not about to try jungle Karthus but I've had a friend do it a few times and it's pretty nice. That wall has a pretty beastly slow for ganks, almost always causing the enemy to at least Flash away. Nice job, simple enough.
