You need to explain why the build is the way it is. Why you choose the masteries and runes you do, why those items and why in that order, what sort of situational changes should be made for the build and what's core, etc. For instance, I don't like the double Bloodthirster and the Last Whisper, because a very large chunk of your damage is the magic damage off of your Q passive. Ruunan's is also worth explaining because it carries over the bonus damage from the Q passive as well, which upgrades it from a minor multi-hit attack to effectively making your autos aoe. All you have is a short, poorly structured and poorly written paragraph with a few gameplay tips. Nothing about what you think is the best way to farm/harass/deal with harass in lane, nothing for how to deal with ganks, nothing about how best to use your abilities to help in teamfight, no reminder to learn the timing on how the Q passive charges... Yeah, 2/10.
