if enemie team is going tanky go for the last whisper if not take another phantom dancer when i get the second vampiric scepter it means if u have enough go for b.f. sword then finish bloodthirster if not take the second scepter

after the first bloodthirster you should be getting powerfull u should be able to spinning slash through caster minions this comes in handy for farming

in beggining of the game you need to get in first bush top or bot reason being, you have more time to pick up kill or get away. If they come in bush spinning slash them and start hitting if you have a good teamate you usually pick up a kill or a double.

i get dorans blade to start because it has 10 damage which helps you get early feed, it has 100 health to let you take a hit or two more, and a bonus with the lifesteal. it's an all around good start out item
