i rly wanted to give champs like annie a popular spotlight in dominion sure they are squishy but not for long with my build tired of low hp and frailness this is for u i made this build to make the annie everyone loves into a queen of destruction that wont die fast enough striking fear into all and still being adorable hopefully this will help annie loves r any mage fan conquer dominion with a magical fist/claw/hand-thing

insight for magic pen cuz most ppl wont rly be playing much tank champs
clarity for early late mana regen and early farm
celerity for faster spell cast
vitality for extra hp boost
or
potency to make up for late ap items early farm harass

the usual mage build for dominion 9/0/21

fast revive
better regen
move faster
lower cooldown on spells and summoner spells
magic pen
make exhaust better

i got warmog's first to max it out

u i either choose lucidity or sorcer

i build Rod of Ages to give more hp mana and ap then rylai for slows ap and more hp

either morello or void staff i prefer morello for the mana regen and cd reduction then last

deathcap for ap boost

1st max DISINTEGRATE first cuz itsone of the best farming spells in game kill something full mana return

2nd max INCINERATE for aoe harass and stun

3rd max MOLTEN SHIELD cuz that the only thing u can max and it gives u some more survivability and good againt melee minions or low hp melee

4th MAX SUMMON: TIBBERS good aoe dmg with summon with pretty good dmg good for stunning out of range champs or running champs or champs that ran behind a wall and good as a small turret decoy

ghost for fast capping chasing or escaping

exhaust for harassing or escaping or weakening an item dependent champ or hard hitter

i build this guide to make an annie highly survivable and also very deadly and to give her a spotlight in dominion

this build has really help me dominate at dominion your hp should be around 4.5k

the enemy team becomes pretty afraid of u and u become the number one threat/target on the map

i have never lost with this build

i recommend going BOTTOM to farm gold for early warmog which shouldnt take very long to get[*]

try to get ur stun off as much as possible in team fights and help them get runners lock em down with exhaust and stuns and chase with ghost or to get behind a more buff champ and spam spells

got to bottom at start and farm minions with disintegrate last hitting for mana replenish till u atleast get warmogs then keep farming bottom or do w/e u think is most helpful after warmogs
