As all who play know on crystal scar is affacted aura

Crystal scar aura:
12% Armor penetration
5% Magic penetration
manaregen
passive XP
20% reduce healing effects

LoL has intern mechanism to regulate some attributes:

CDR 40%
Attack speed max 2.5
Critical strike 100%
movement speed dimishing:
value over 490 reduced by 50% (500 means 495)
value over 415 reduced by 20% (440 means 420)

AS

with AS 2.5 limitation and AS formula we can tell which AS are caped so we dont have buy (at least their is away)
AS = base attack speed * ((1+(AS per level % increase/100)*(level-1))+(% increased AS though items etc)/100))

Twisted fate hase base attack speed 0.651 AND AS per level is 3.22% and Stacked Deck give us at lvl 5 15% and materies 6,5%

at lvl 18 is AS 1.147

so to maximaze AS we need 207,76% "only" :D

It can look strange to i take at 6th position non AS item but we are now maximize AS and other AS item will be wasting. Better is AD lifesteal like Bilgewater Cutlass or AD/MDEF Hexdrinker OR Last Whisper OR Frozen Mallet
