Cloth 5 isn't good to start with any jungler. If you're going for cloth armor not only do you need less than 5 health pots but lowers your clear times and limits your damage output. If you're staying in the jungle long enough to actually use all 5 of your pots then you've been there for way too long and have lost money because you haven't gone b for boots or heart of gold. IE isn't cost efficient on Lee Sin because you're not building any crit other than that and tri force. Bloodthirster isn't too bad, but unless you're building multiple items that give a significant amount of health, Atma's isn't worth it anymore post nerf. Also, you have runes in here that aren't even tier three. -1 for me
