Just like to point out that the reasoning in taking Heal is because it heals you more if you have it then the support having it. It's less needed when you are backed by Soraka or Sona though.

I usually start with the most classic boot and 3 healings coz as u said, Draven is extremely squishy in beginning.

you need to realize that heal is usually better on the carry
and you need to explain why a mallet is good on draven(it is)

I recommend trying out the build. It works quite well for him.
