First of all, do you even play league of legends? Seems to me you don't know how to build a standard ad carry and you don't know how runes work. Your guide is pretty short, and no one is gonna read it if it is not visually appealing. You need to add these things called BBCodes. Visit a guide by "JhoiJhoi" called "Making A Guide." The champion is Karthus but its really a guide created to help out new people on mobafire on how to make a good guide.

BBCodes like , , and are some examples. Visit the link above and look at other people's guides including the top Draven guide. I will not even vote until this guide is up to par or at least a little visually appealing.

Here is a build you can use which is the great AD carry build for Draven:

Boots + 3 pots
2 Doran's Blades (If unable to rush a quick BF sword or just want a good early lead)
Berserker Greaves
Rush BF sword --> Bloodthirster + Phantom Dancer
Get Last Whisper (for killing the enemy team when they get a lot of armor)
Guardian Angel (Better survivability than Frozen Mallet)
Infinity Edge (If you went blood + phantom path get infinity edge last after Last Whisper and Guardian Angel.

Full Build: Berserker Greaves, Bloodthirster, Phantom Dancer, Last Whisper, Guardian Angel, and Infinity Edge. Quick Silver Sash is optional if you are getting hard cc'ed.

Here is some set of runes you should use. Most rune pages are standard 9 marks, 9 seals, 9 glyphs and 3 Quints.

9 Greater Mark of Strength
9 Greater Seal of Resilience
9 Greater Glyph of Warding
3 Quintessence of Strength

Also for you defense tree, put 2 points in Hardiness, 2 points in Tough Skin, 4 points in Durability, and 1 point in Veteran's Scars. You don't need the extra 15 cd reduction on flash as much as you need the durability in lane. This is no where close to a "pro" build as I basically had to teach you how to play when I don't even have him :P . Good luck on making your guide, hope I helped you somehow...
