good build, should have more bulky morgs like this instead of archangel's stacking or whatever the kids are doing these days

Why didn't you include a will of the ancients? it gives you and your allies AP and Spell Vamp....because Morgana starts with Spell Vamp it gives her more survivability...and if you need Clarity (which I used to) on Morgana build an archangel staff, and take flash so you have escapability (which is really great for her anyways because you can jump in, ult, and flash out while they're stunned)...I would recommend stacking a couple rods of ages with an archangel staff and then getting a Zhonya's hourglass...by doing this not only will you still have a lot of HP and armor, but you will also have the AP to be an effective caster (plus you will never have mana problems again). A Rylai's crystal scepter is also good for supporting because then you can slow escaping enemies with Tormented soil.

Yeah im building Arch on Herme always as a offtank, i tried this also for morgana to build first Arch and it didnt quite work out since morgana have only one snare and no escape mechanism + the ability power wasnt so needed...

Good build, but i think archangels would be great, the mp5 and mana will allow u to stay and help for much longer than usual and the extrra AP is always helpful, i would swap RoA out for it imo

nice build, however i like to go with Frozen Heart and Rylai's Crystal Scepter over Rod of Ages and Randuin's. i admit its less health and mana, but armor and constant slows provide better support than chance slows. tank should have Randuin's in their build so team does not lose active. even so its a fun build, very versatile with the playstyles it allows, nice job
