nice guide but i would recommend that you get a Infinity edge instead of either a Bloodthirstier or the Black Cleaver.

Double phantom without infinity edge is just bad.
plus tp + ghost wont do you much as caitlyn

2 The Bloodthirster? whould be much better one infinity edge instead one of them. But just my opinion.
