You can do this build without any runes and almost no masteries you only need the extra experience mastery in the utility tree. Your summoner spells doesn't matter as well you only need smite then u can take whatever u want.

So you start with a elixir of fortitude and 2 health potions.

Start at blue. Pop your hp pot as soon as he starts attacking then take a few hits and consume.you can use smite at the start or to ensure the kill your choice.
then just go wolf, wraith, double golom then red. and just rinse and repeat.

when you decide do port back you can buy whatever item you want it doesn't matter at that point
