Just like @Trenditon said, your build is good, but it,s far from beeing the best around. It got a lot of potential, true, but you need to work on it a bit more. Also, the fact that there are absolutely no image in your guide might scare a lot of person, who are too lazy to read. Try to use X, where X is the item/skill/champion/summoner spell name

+1 for me, but like I said, you gotta work on it more to unlock all of it's potential. Keep up the good work.

I've been maining GP a lot lately and I must say, your arrogance about this build being the best is way overrated. I think it's a decent build, but honestly there are better ones to use. The runes need serious work (crit damage is not the way to go) and the Atma's Impaler should be dropped. You don't have enough HP to really make it count, another damage item would be better in that slot.

That being said, the Executioner's calling and the early sheen are great ideas, and I DO like the fact that you took the time to write a guide instead of just putting your item build up. I think this needs serious work before it's "the most effecient way" to play Gangplank, but your own the right track.
