for my masteries set up I usualy go with a 0/0/0 because masteries are for tryhards.
for the runes, you need full energy so you don't fall asleep while reading this guide and some penetration marks to make it easier to "penetrate".

to start out get your ult and get that every level because its op

when you get to champion select, laugh at the enemy support as they pick a terrible support such as nami, janna, sona or Leona. you beat them all with your opness

the only counter is another eko using this build

your first goal is to get a lot of stealth wards so you can put them behind you so you don't get lost. get your wards and you need to turret dive into the enemy turret and attac kthem by putting a ward on top of the enemy support. this shows that your super better then the enemy support and he should cry and quit the game. after that, get a lot of swords and make that your final build. with this you should be too op and win the game instantly.
