Greater Mark of Magic Penetration is great for eve since most of her damage come from her Dfg&Ult which is %Hp so magic pen work so well
Greater Seal of Armor Help to reduce damage from auto attack harass and reduce and physical damage
Greater Glyph of Warding Reduce damage from spell harass and 1v1 mid trading damage
Greater Quintessence of Ability Power Extra damage

Alternation Runes

Greater Seal of Vitality If you don't want armor you can take Hp instead.
Greater Quintessence of Movement Speed if you don't need extra damage and you want the mobility(For Ganking,dodge skill shot and dodging ganks)

Flash A free get out of jail card + you can use to catch up enemies it a must.

Ignite A dots to finsh your enemies my favorite summoner spell in the game it also a must

Alternation Runé

Ghost If you don't like flash

Exhust If you want to slow and reduce there damge instead of finshing them off

ShadowShadow Walk

Evelynn stealths into the shadows only being seen by nearby enemy champions or true sight. While stealthed, Evelynn regenerates 1% of her maximum mana every second.

Casting spells, taking damage or dealing damage reveals Evelynn for 8 seconds.

Good passive make Sight Wards useless to Evelyn also good for mana regen if you dont have blue
