You're getting the Soulstealer too late. Get it right after your boots, so you can get more stacks early-mid game. And yeah, sunfires don't stack anymore, so getting more than one is pointless.

Good build otherwise.

Don't get two sunfire capes, they are not stacking anymore since the update, else its pretty good :)
