You don't need a lvl 1. I own lvl 30s with this.

I tried a modified build (boots of swiftness 2 sunfires 1 zhonya and 1 rylais, it was a long game) in a lvl 30 game =P It worked... kinda, more tanking getting in people's faces than staying invis the whole time. I gotta do it again with a twitch and shaco xD

Might maybe add that this works with Twitch aswell, so maybe making it into a dual build might net you some extra + points.

It works on Twitch too but it's just not something I recommend you doing.

You know, unless you've bough him with CP or he is availble "this" week. I don't think it would be necessary to add him because by the time you got 6300IP the pub newbs have developed a brain and know how to counter stealth champions that are getting on their nerves. It's just not practical, I mean anyone can buy eve for 1k IP

@ boots, if sunfire puts you in combat i would go for +3 ones instead of sorc or mobility.
