very nice build,

but!

i'd like to go, as Wakka said already, with magic penetration reds AND as they are my fav runes: mana reg per level yellows.

because the reds are more effective and the yellow are a nice add to your ring. :)

Hm... Many Eve builds are almost the same on Mobafire. I mean in items. However I learned from the descriptions a lot. One change I would suggest: try Sapphire Crystal as starting item, and build it later (after shoes) to Sheen. Also having 8.5 Magic Penetration instead of 5.3 AP on marks is better I think, because every lane minion and champ has starting magic resist.
