For my items I am going with the usual starting jungler items.
I start off with a cloth armor and 5 health potions.
After that you will start with building a Madred's razor and if you have the money for it you can buy some additional health potions and wards.

Later on you will upgrade your Madred's razor into a wriggle's lantern.
This will give you the oppurtunity to ward for your team.

Some good locations are:
Their blue or red so when the opportunity arises you can steal the buff(s).
Also the places in the river at dragon and baron are good ideas.

The next item to buy will be a trinity force.

Later on you can buy the guinsoo's rageblade for this fits perfectly to catch
an easy opponent like ap/ad carry for your team.

If the game lasts for a long time you can buy a Guardian's Angel to be able to get to their ap/ad carry more easily.
The last two items will be for more output to be able to continue your job and slay the ap/ad carry.

for jungling i start with the blue buff
your team has to pull the blue buff and help a little thanks to the nerf....
you will get blue with enough life left then you will proceed to the wolves
after you have done the wolfes you will get the creeps you will survive the creeps with 100 hp or more. you will go to bottom for the gollems
after you have done that you maybe have 1 health potion left or not.
you should recall.
after you have done this you will have 2 options


1: you can start your gangk toward your enemies that are overextending

2: you can get red and probably you can get in their jungle to get their wolfes or even the other jungle champion


your choice depends on what the enemy is doing.
at last i just want to say buy a lot of wards
you will have enough to see and scout for your team and you might even steal their red or blue if they dont pay attention to you.

you wont get enough farm so you must roam a lot in lanes and even in jungles to get their blue or red buff
if you get the oppurtiniy to farm then do it you need it bigtime

for your team you need to have cc or slows
this is really needed for you to achieve your goal and that is to defend certein people from your team or you are going to get the ad/ap carry from their team so that they wont get any chance to do some damage against you
even a death from you is good for your team if you can kill an ad/ap carry
a good example for champions you need in your team is an nasus, amumu, gailo or an maokai those champions are good engagers for you you can stay in the background then so that you dont have any problems with other people.
