Well, in my "defense" :D, with the experience i had so far. The boots of mobility does everything!, it helps so much to gank people and support ur team with stuns, or ur self, if needed. and the lich bane, ur might right about gettin mats first. but it does seriusly hard dps.

Anyone that builds Eve right can kill in 5 secs or less.

As a matter of fact, My build does it in 3.

I find that you will have a better time ganking if you didnt have Boots of Mobility. You are running percentage Mpen, and unless you rush void Staff. If you are going to rush Lich Bane, you need Sorcerer's Shoes for more power.

You should NOT rush a Lich Bane. Sheen procs higher damage then it if it's your only item. Get Sheen and the mats, then build another AP item, THEN get LB. On RoA, you should either rush it first or don't build it at all.

Lol it usually takes me around 20min to get it, it's better helping ur team gank in earley game, and besides if you know how to play Eve, you wont die either. The Rod of Ages is just a safe. It helps you out alot l8r, but earlier game u will rather gank, because the heros wont survive long if u got SHeen + ur (E/1).

Why get rod of ages so late. I would get that earlier on in the build to fully utilize it. You're getting it around 35-40 min.

Well, it is the best build for Eve, since you can kill almost every hero within 5sec.

Im sorry but this build is the same old thing over and and over. Anyone that has a build like this, and knows what they are doing can pull this off.
