I'm using attack damage quints, forget to change that. Im not using exhaust, cuz all what I need is Hook n' Flay.. so heal is the best choice for me, cuz Thresh does not have any other healing spel (sometimes i'm taking ignite to)
After trying all of the gold items I think, that Spellthief's Edge has the best gold output, especialy in late game.
Iceborn for armor and long range basic attack slows.

Why quints of gold? Why heal instead of exhaust or ignite? Why Spellthief's Edge? Thresh has not very good AP ratios. Why Iceborn Gauntlet?
