Your masteries and item creation choices are similar to how i build him, although I usually aim for sunfire. Your skill build is also opposite of mine in that i focus on the Q strike before maxing SF. Might try your way once tho, Never tried E focus before. +1 for great minds think alike.

ya i get siphon first often to, since laning phase is best time to build it up.
