I like ghost on ez but only when playing other lanes never when playing ad carry. the rest of the build needs some coding and is really short. Whats with the 5 item build. Sell the damn Doran's blade man.

Glyphs should be CDR, AD marks are bad, get desolation. AD quints are ok but desolation are still better, attack speed seals are utterly pointless.
Berserkers greaves, youmuus and phantom dancer are all bad or lackluster for ezreal.
Ignite is great but ghost is just dumb on ezreal :/ You need to chase someone? Use your ult instead. Need to get away? Flash over a wall (With actual flash you can do a double or triple wall jump to evade enemies no matter what they do) Want to be mobile and get to other lanes quicker? Use teleport not ghost.
The reasons your items are bad:
P. Dancer - Crit you cant use (Mystic shot DOESNT crit), Attack speed is not important due to your passive, movement speed gives you less increase than Boots of speed
Berserkers greaves - again attack speed is pointless
Youmuu's GB - The active will only last 4 seconds because you are ranged, even if it did last 12 seconds you dont need attack speed. Crit is again worthless, CDR is great but you can get the same amount from boots for half as much. Armor pen is also good but not worth the other stat loss. Attack is also great but again, same amount on wriggles lanturn, + armor, and lifesteal plus an active ward for half as much. Wriggles + Ionian boots of lucidity = 2650g, Youmuu's = 2687g.
