yup exhaust is the better one for ashe. i just put cleanse because i use that two summoner abilities most of the time whoever i use.. that's why i included exhaust there.. cleanse is just for removing stun or slow..

it looks great but 1 masterie is odd "cripple" and you don't have exhaust just thought you may want to know ashe is a hard champ to live with in lvl 30 matches but this looks like a reasonable build
