PS I KEPT THE MAGIC PEN RUNES AND SWAPED DODGE FOR ATTC. SPEED WORKS WELL DONT KNOCK IT TILL YOU TRY IT
Thanx again BRAX36
anyway I found a typo in your build:
it says:
Fiddle is a great is a great jungle character.
somewhere xD.
just Ctrl + F it.
bbye
However, I don't like the rune choices. The amount of dodge that this build presents overall, does not validate the use of dodge runes in the seal slot. Also, by putting Health runes in the seal slots, you can add more magic penetration for your quints. I have tried a similar build to this, and while it does give decent survivability, I find that doing lots of damage in a smart manner that allows you to get away when needed is a better way to survive and help your team.
Check out my build as a comparison.

I think its dumb to even get Dark Wind at all early game. It deals 100 damage. When if you max fear first, your team will like you more. Maxing drain second so when feared they walk in your drain. Dealing more damage then dark wind will ever do to a single target. As for items. Not bad. I suggest soulstealer for more experienced players though.
in early game dark wind helps at leveling because you kill many multiple minions because of dark winds multiple hits (every hit 100 damage)
Plus I level Drain/Fear first, and get Dark Wind last.
well Clairvoiance is a good choice but usually the tank or support would take that. If fiddle was to take it and was using cv everytime he nailed a crowstorm it would get too repetitive and the other team would know when he is ulting.
I do have mana reg seals but i usually never have mana problems so i just use dodge for survivability.
Ok.. But I think hp/lvl is a much better choice if you want survivability..
I consider fiddles to be a supporter :S He rarely as enough nuke to kill someone without his ulti.
As for Clairvoiance; you'll use it all the time.. It's got 42sec cd, Crowstorm has 120.. I don't think they'll be ready for it when it comes.
Why is Clairvoiance not a recommended choice? Really helps in lining up a killer crowstorm. Information is power! ;) I like it a lot with Stix. One of the few champs I build with utility masteries.
And why the **** do you choose dodge over mana-reg?? (mana-reg is primary in seals)
