You're probably best off rewriting this whole thing and posting another guide because you didn't turn on Require Comment to Vote so people trollvoted you a bunch of times. If you need help writing the guide again feel free to PM or check out mine.

Another thing, the Sorcerer's Shoes + Haunting Guise + Void Staff combo, along with the 22 Offense points as seen has worked extremely well when I played Heimerdinger Aug 10th. He had little Magic Res to keep from dying all the time, but the kill count is slightly higher because of the heavy damage output.

The point of the masteries/runes/items is for AP powerhouse Fiddle, but I'm going to edit the second Rabadon for the Hourglass as KSS said. Also to PouchOfLemons, I stated in the guide that two Deathcap passives do not stack, so read the guide before commenting.

I suggest that instead of you take a beacause is a cheap item with not so good stats while is a much more recommended item on fiddle. Also instead of a second you can get because you can use the active right after ulting into a team fight and you need some armor too. Also you shall go more in depth and make a nicer layout.
btw 2 x won't increase your ap by 60% since it is an unique passive.

Two Rabadon's? It's called a UNIQUE Passive, which means the Passive of the item is UNIQUE.

It is a good start, but not quite done yet. I am going to suggest that you put the ability explanations all in one section for readability, do a bit more coding, throw in a items section for normal and situational builds, and check your ability sequence (lvl 3 ulti is always taken at 16). Just a few suggestions. No +1 or -1 from me yet. I will check back on ya later.
