See this? You know who this guy is? This is ATTACK SPEED TARIC! Let other champions quiver in fear before the might of this BEDAZZLED BADASS!

Note: I recommend using the Armor of the Fifth Age skin. Your will enemies cower under the might of the pink paladin!

By using all greater runes of alacrity Taric starts the game with a significant boost in attack speed. They also play a role throughout the entire match by increasing the attack speed of Taric even further as you get your items.

The masteries on this guy are a powerful 21/9/0. He is gonna do way more damage than any Taric you've ever seen before! Fear no Taric other than yourself, for your own power may consume you!

You start the fight with Boots of Speed and three Health Potions. Move faster and stay alive. You're the carry here. Make sure your teammates know that and they will come to fear your bedazzled fury!
Upgrage your boots into Beserker Greaves as fast as you can! More movement speed and MORE ATTACK SPEED!
Get Zeal next and upgrade it into Phantom Dancer. Even more movement speed and attack speed, not to mention the increased crit chance. Use that with your stun and exhaust and there will be no escape from you!
By now you're probably having issues with magic users, so get Negatron Cloak. You're probably thinking "but Josh, that doesn't give Taric any attack speed." Well, you're kind of right, but mostly YOU ARE WRONG! You can and will upgrade it into Wit's End, which deals with the attack speed, gives you the magic resistance you need, and makes you deal BONUS DAMAGE!
Now you need more attack speed so your going to get a Recurve Bow. Thats 40% more attack speed people! Epic right? Oh, just you wait. The true reason to get the Recurve Bow is to upgrade it. Ionic spark gives you health, keeps the speed boost from the Recurve Bow, and will attack your opponents with FREAKIN LIGHTNING! This is hugely effective in the team fights you're getting into at this point. It will deal damage and pretty much guarantee a ton of assists. That means more gold which means MORE POWER!
Speaking of power, next you should get the B.F. Sword. Now we all know what that stands for so we all know just how badass it is. It gives you a 45 damage boost to attack, but if you think that's cool, you should look at The Black Cleaver; one of the upgrades to the B.F. Sword. Damage, attack speed, and armor reduction. This thing is the stuff of nightmares; pink, shiny nightmares!
Finally, the final item in the build is Madred's Bloodrazer, which you can upgrade from a Recurve Bow that you can get beforehand. Armor, damage, attack speed, and bonus damage based on the opponents health? DAMN Taric, you scary!

This skill sequence is meant to make you even harder to kill than you already are! Maxing Shatter first will give you armor, and maxing imbue second will keep your health up. Dazzle is really only good for the stun, but it will help you crush your enemies under the might of your hammer! You take your ult at the basic 6, 11, and 16. You're ult is OVERWHELMING. It deals damage and gives you and your teammates a buff. Totally perfect for unleashing the power of you're gems, especially when you use shatter to further reduce your enemie's armor. Between that and The Black Cleaver you will be a force to be reckoned with.

Flash to survive or kill, and exhaust to cc, kill, or survive. Standard stuff, but when combined with your power you're opponent's will be inflicted with nightmares they will never forget!

This attack speed build of the Bedazzled Badass Taric will strike fear into the hearts of millions as you swing your hammer faster than physically possible. Show no mercy to your enemies. This build isn't called "Fiendish Taric" for nothing!
