Choose Champion Build:
Spells:
Heal
Teleport
Ability Order
Pix, Faerie Companion (PASSIVE)
Lulu Passive Ability
The Great Lulu

Pretty much, these two builds give you the best chance to either destroy or get you teammates fed, it show the true strength of LuLu and how she can almost solo any character, this is not going to be a huge build just some key facts and stuff on her abilities.
Runes give every character a boost over everyone else, the ones i choose give lulu more magic pen to get that first blood kill and enough AP to for early game ( AP build)...for support lulu it gives her good amount of mana regen and armor/magic resist to be of use to your teammates , I found going with tryndamere or a melee char is best team comp for lulu it makes them focus them in beginning.

Masteries I gave to
Lulu gives (support
Lulu) a good start to healing and saving a teamate in dire situations and times of need, (APbuild) for her masteries its pretty standerd enough ap and speed for her to wreck in the begining and end game to just destroy almost any one and to have enough AP to make her spell sheild keep her alive.

About: This is why Lulu is an aggressive support and a great boon for a jungler. If at any point the enemy has over extended themselves, without a speed boost or save from a teammate you can pretty much count your gold from the kill. Using a combo of Glitterlance and using Pix for yourself, or the jungler (using Help! Pix) will seal the deal if the situation arises.
-

-

About: This is her harassment ability. Along with Glitterlance, it can shut down and enfeeble a target to remove them from a team fight for their duration. Best used on either a support champ or annoying champion with disables or aura damage.
-

-

About: This is her ultimate support spell, it greatly increases the survivability of a target (especially tanks) and allows them to become a mobile slow aura. Great for ganking or pushing a tower
(Ap) (Support)
Both builds could wreck in the ranked play, the chance to change tides and win the game in under 1 hr. it’s important to not feed or go for easy kills( as I discussed earlier) it can hard to resist that enemy at 90 hp near a tower with u at 300 hp, she will get the kill and you will die, now if she slips up and comes to close use w then e then q and wreck the champions face
Perhaps more than any other champion in the League, Lulu marches to the beat of her own drum. During her youth in Bandle City, she spent most of her time wandering alone in the forest or lost in a daydream. It wasn’t that she was antisocial; the day-to-day bustle of Bandle City just couldn’t compete with the vibrant world of her imagination. She saw wonder in places most people overlooked. This was how she found Pix, a fae spirit, pretending to be stuck in a birdhouse. Lulu’s imagination distinguished her to Pix, and he seized the opportunity to lure her into his life. He brought her to the Glade, the enchanted home of the fae, which lay nestled in a clearing in the woods. There the rigid properties of the outside world - things like size and color - changed as frequently and whimsically as the direction of the wind. Lulu felt at home in the Glade and she lingered there with Pix, fascinated by this secret place.
She quickly lost track of time. Her life in the Glade was comfortable, natural. She and Pix played fae games together, the sorts of games that she had been told were “only pretend,†and she got exceedingly good at them. It caught her by surprise when she suddenly remembered that she had left a life behind in Bandle City. The Glade had a way of making everything outside seem distant and surreal. Lulu decided to revisit her former home, to share some of the lovely things she’d learned, but when she and Pix returned the world had changed. Time, she discovered, was another property that behaved differently in the Glade, and centuries had passed while she was away. Lulu sought to reconnect to the residents of the outside world, but her attempt had unfortunate results. She led all the children off to play hide and seek, temporarily changing them into flowers and animals to spice up the game, but their parents didn’t appreciate her efforts. When the yordles insisted that she leave their land, she turned to a vibrant, magic place where those with unusual gifts were not just accepted but adored: the League of Legends.
