thanks Xelement for the comment... I have been looking at different ways also and I agree with you on that with the warmogs instead of guardian angles, and yeah its also a good idea with the magic pent boots... I was going for cooldown to get his moves back up and ready to go asap... and thankyou again...

I love the build.

There are a few changes I would make however.
The mastery tree is fine how it is.
I would max out your W right away, that is your burst and what will get you the kills. Q doesn't do much but gets you to them and does some decent damage plus proc's shen. E is for running away. You must max the W.

Also, I would lose the Guardian Angle, grab Warmong. Only 400g more, plus how I look at it. Seeing Fizz with more HP (about 1k) would be far more annoying than him having an extra life every 5 minutes, but then again both work well. Also, I would grab the Magic Pent boots, grab blue buff if you want the extra CD reduction.
