I think once this guide had a lot of potential. But since last patches Innervating Locket has been removed and Sunfire Capes Passive is Unique now.
Both are bad changes.
Anyway nice idea!

Ok, I changed runes

Personally, i would go AS marks and quints, and MR per level deals and glyphs. it procs the phoenix passive faster, and gives you more substantial MR, because sunfire is purely Armor. Just a suggestion. Check my guide if you'd like. Its not the same style, but i have some pretty good explanations in it.

I changed items and skills

Lol the typical sunfire udyr. I believe this is what LilBallz uses. And very effectively i might add. Although i strongly suggest trading heal for ghost, because your turtle is a reliable life steal already, and you are a fricken tank. health isnt much of an issue. i suggest going like this: W-R-W-E-W-R-W-R-W-R-R-E-E-E-E-Q-Q-Q. This gives you very good lifesteal to lane forever, with your main stance being maxed second. because you are going with mpen runes, you should max phoenix sooner. Innervating locket isnt an issue late game, so i wouldnt worry about it. there are better items for your money... like another sunfire cape. just be cautious early game about stance dancing and youll be fine. Also, you have nine quints. im pretty sure you cant have nine quints. other than that, i like it. +1
